Take Time for You

Increase Your Vitamin D Intake
Our days are getting shorter, which means we don’t have access to as much sunlight. If they haven’t already, our vitamin D levels are going to start to drop. Supplementing with Vitamin D3 (D3 is naturally occurring, D2 is synthetic) can be helpful. For a more accurate analysis, have a D-Spot Test performed to find out where your levels fall and what your body’s requirements are.
