Summer time means refreshing drinks on the patio but they can often leave you with less energy after the weekend is over. To stay refreshed without the unwanted after effects, try swapping one night of drinks with cucumber lime water! You'll stay cool and keep hydrated all afternoon!
Spend some time outside
As little as 15 minutes of sun per day can help boost your mood and keep you thinking clearly; and a clear head means a productive day. Try taking your lunch break outside as often as possible and try to avoid taking your work home with you. The summer months provide sunshine from 5am to 9:30pm - take advantage of it!
