About Runner’s Therapy Centre
We are a division of Cadence Chiropractic, Sport & Health dedicated to runners. We provide treatment and rehabilitation of running injuries.
Our approach is simple. We offer solutions to your injury by using a whole body, comprehensive analysis to determine your exact problem and the extent of your issues. We combine treatment and exercise for long-term sustainable results. We believe that treatment and exercise complements one another for the best results.
Dr. Angela has been a runner her entire life, it’s part of who she is. She has run competitively at the varsity level as a sprinter and recreationally ever since from 5km’s to 1/2 marathons. She has been an instructor and guest speaker at the Running Room.
Dr. Ryan is a recreational runner. He is a regular speaker at the Running Room. His involvement with Runner’s Therapy comes from his great success with treating running injuries.

What We Treat
We treat all running injuries. To be more specific, we treat:

You use your entire body when running so we at RTC keep you tuned up, head to toe.
Manual Therapies: ART, Graston Technique, Chiropractic, KinesioTape, Acupuncture
Exercise Rehabilitation: A vital component to every runner’s regimen. Exercises are provided to you based on your injury, weaknesses and limitations.
Compression Therapy: Fittings of medical grade compression socks for training, recovery and everyday use.
Orthotic Therapy: Custom made orthotics for support of the feet and biomechanical correction.
Nutrition: Whether a high endurance runner or gluten/dairy-free runner, we can provide assistance with nutritional advice.
Run Programs: We can guide you with your running and exercise program to facilitate healthy, injury-free training.
Gait Analysis: An examination your running biomechanics and corrective advice
