Roll Release™ Foam Roller Instruction

Roll Release™ is the technique of releasing or loosening tight muscles by way of rolling. It is a specialized systematic approach to using a foam roller for “self-treatment” of muscles.

Roll Release™ Techniques are foam roller exercises that utilize a specific strategy to rolling. This system, developed by Dr. Ryan Emmons, allows you to roll nearly every muscle in the body with a variety of progressions and variations to personalize the exercise to the skill and tolerance of the individual.

Roll Release™ exercises are used for addressing muscle tightness and soft-tissue injury to complement treatment, decrease pain, increase healing and recovery time, balance musculature, restore muscle function and increase flexibility.
